Fat Loss Formula to Effective
By:noflab
The formula for losing weight is extremely simple - exercise more often and eat less calories. Its not as simple as it sounds? Long-term weight loss isn’t impossible, but you do have to be committed. Having a plan for success is a great way to start your fat loss journey. Here are ten items that you must have in your success plan.
1. You have to eat breakfast to jumpstart your metabolism. This will keep you from getting to hungry and eating wrong later in the day.
2. Make sure that the food that you buy is nutritious and it not full of fat and salt.
3. Fiber is a must - it will help you lose a ton of fat. Eat nutritious foods like fruits and vegetables. The fibers in these foods will fill you up leaving less room for unhealthy choices.
4. Don’t fall into bad habits on weekends. Many people will follow a strict diet on weekends only to fall back into eating more (unhealthy) on the weekends as a reward for “being good” all week. Unfortunately, this can cause you to regain the weight you may have lost during the week.
5. Watch portion sizes. Your perception of what a serving size is can be very off. Keep a eye on how much you are putting on your plate - you can totally jepordize your prgram with poor serving sizes.
6. Set lifestyle goals - not weight loss goals. You are in control of your weight loss - stay commited. Looking at your weight daily can cause discouragement and will make many people give up and go back to unhealthy food choices.
7. Take healthy snacks with you when you take road trips. Eat whole healthy foods like granola bars and apples.
8. Don’t deny yourself the foods you love. If you absolutely love chocolate, go ahead and have a small piece - half of a candy bar instead of a whole one! You have to be firm with yourself and not “splurge” during the day. Save them for later!
9. Start moving. Exercise is crucial to keeping fat off and not having it come back. You have probably heard the saying “move it or lose it”.” So true!
10. Write in a blog and to me. Writing down what you eat, when and how much you exercise and your moods will keep you on track and motivated to continue the course. Weight loss is achieved by both diet and exercise. Persistence is how you reach this goal. If you “fall off the wagon” one day, pick yourself up and continue your healthy lifestyle the next. Never ever ever give up!
