Raw foods can help you achieve a stable body-mass index, clear skin, more energy, and can help to minimize a range of common illnesses, from the flu to obesity-related illnesses.

The best way to approach raw foods is to gradually incorporate more and more and vegetables into your diet. The fact is, when we cook foods, we inevitably destroy some of the enzymes, vitamins and minerals necessary for good health. If we eat too much overly-cooked, microwaved and processes foods, it can clog our colon, which may lead to a whole host of problems, including, cancer, heart-disease, diabetes and many other degenerative diseases.

Why eat raw food?
