You can eat virtually anything that you want as long as it meets the health needs that you have.

Anne Collins Diet:Weight Loss Diet Advice
Fad diets or other unbalanced weight loss plans do not lead to lasting weight loss and may contain too few calories and inadequate nutrition. For sustained weight loss, the best diet is usually a balanced diet with foods from all the nutritional food groups, which offers realistic weight reduction goals and provides a manageable eating plan. This type of diet program should be combined with a realistic weight loss fitness plan.
Anne Collins Diet:Final Thoughts
Anne Collins had us until we saw that all diets include fast food options. We realize that there is not always enough time to cook 3 balanced meals a day, and appreciate the convenient options of preparing meals quickly or bringing leftovers, but fast food is not the healthiest option.
If eating out cannot be avoided throughout the 28-day duration of the diet, grabbing a salad with low-fat dressing is always a better choice than say McDonalds. Most fast food, including the options listed in these diets, contains saturated fats and a lot of sugar, almost guaranteed to “Super Size” you. Perhaps if you decide on a Diet For Life, you can allow for the occasional unhealthy treat, but if you are serious about weight loss, it is best to forego the fast food for a month because it will be too easy to cheat again.
The program offers weight loss advice and personal support via telephone and online; Anne Collins claims to be a nutritionist and “weight loss expert” yet her Web site posts no credentials. A lot of testimonials are posted but there is no research to back up any of the statistics. A cookbook and gym membership could probably bestow the same results.
