May 16th, 2009Going weight losing
Here I am, on my 18th week of this Weight Loss blog. I’m going to start off today with the positive changes that I made during the week, starting with Wednesday and the no-bake cookies. I totally agree with April H. about thinking that you’re only going to eat 1 cookie then next thing you know it–10 cookies were eaten. Yup, that’s me! On Friday I cleaned a huge business here in town and about 9pm my hubby made a DQ run for the girls–I cancelled my milk shake order and didn’t touch the Pepsi that was available for us. I kept to my Crystal Light and H2O–nothing else! That was a big step for me!! Saturday & Sunday, nothing really was changed on those days–yummy food all weekend!!

Overall, for what I ate, I don’t regret any of it. Cazadores on Saturday with the family, Sunday starting with a brunch in the morning and pizza in the evening with a few cookies and a piece of OREO pie for Mother’s Day. NO Mountain Dew–only Diet Pepsi or Diet Rite. I need to remember to keep a box of Crystal Light in the car for long days like that.

Which brings me to my weight. Saturday morning I weighed in at 197 then with the weekend I ended up this morning at 198.5–1.5 lbs for the week. I’m ok with that, considering the weekend. I still feel good about losing 21.5lbs in 18 weeks!!

My resolutions–
exercise 3x’s a week (at least 30min each time)
when I go out to lunch, eat a smaller dinner
tweak what I eat on the weekends.
