With the inclusion of this extra ‘cheat days’, you would probably need another month or two to reach your goal. All in all, you should be able to reach your goal in about six months.

Therefore your goal would be to “lose 15 pounds in 6 months at the rate of 2 pounds maximum per day”. Now that is what I would call a REALISTIC goal! Once you set a realistic goal, you have won half the battle!
