Drink nothing but water! What about coffee? One small cup of organic black coffee is allowed. Can I have creamer?…isn’t it white?  Drink a minimum of 1/2 of your body weight in ounces of water each day (ex. If you’re at 150lbs, you should drink 75 oz.) to see fat loss.
