I will be 2 months this Wednesday. I have 25lbs the first month, but last Wednesday about 8lbs in the month. I do not eat a lot of carbohydrates or excessive nutrition, I think my problem is in reverse, because I rarely hungry and so I do not think I have enough calories and protein? I struggle with the protein, because even if I think I am chewing it a million times for each bite, they often get stuck. I also discovered that if I do not have all the carbohydrates in the food, I was not hungry for hours, but if I get a little bit, I have an appetite for the next mealtime. So, my questions:
